Product Returns
We do not accept product returns. If an order is damaged in shipping, we will replace the product. Please email photos of your damaged product in the box as it was received from the freight company to promos.jailbrew@gmail.com.
Cancellations:
Orders that are cancelled before shipping will be refunded. Cancellations can be done by calling 417-529-0399.
